I'm extremely happy for the Jordan family. How could one not be happy. According to the news, and other people in our neighborhood who knows the Jordon. They are very deserving of such a wonderful blessing. I haven't had the pleasure of meeting the Jordan's. I would like to say "thank you Lord", for allowing a piece of sunshine and joy into thier lives. The Jordan's have lost a lot. Two things being un-replaceable. They never faith, and always give to others. This blessing couldn't have happened to a nicer family. They feed, nourish, and take care of so many people, on a daily basis. Just form the goodness of thier hearts. It's no wonder they were chosen to recieve such a gift. Their time has come. God has allowed thier ship to come ashore. 16, 2009 Jordon family, we hope you enjoy the home. We were able to work three days on your home and it was such a pleasure to do something for such a deserving family. I saw many, many volunteers pour their hearts and souls into the project. At times if was like ants working in a colony. Everyone was so kind and considerate of each other and tolerated each other so it was a sight that we know God was pround of. We hope you know how much Mongomery loves you but Christ loves you abundantly more.

3, 2009 It warms my heart to see how the Lord touched the heart of Conrad to develop and create a show such as this. Upon watching this show each week it gives the audience a new hope that even in these times where the human race wants to ilimate God from our society and do things in their own way there is a show like this on Television that people can watch that renews their faith in the human race. It renews hope in us all that their are still people out there that are willing to give of themselves not for material gain or financial gain. But to show millions of people around the world that watch this show that here on earth there are still people who love as God loves. Creats hope where these people whom you all help feel that hope is lost.

I so wanted to be a volunteer but due to the overwhelming response I was not chosen. Even through my extreme disappointment and saddness not being chosen I still feel blessed that I was even able to have the opportunity to apply. I do however plan to ask friends to come with me as a spectator.
May the blessing of the Lord continue to fall upon each and everyone of you as you all continue to give hope and a renewed awareness of the Lords blessing to all you touch through this awsome ministry. Amen

17, 2009 I was very fortunate to have the opportunity to be a volunteer for this project. I worked in the food area, where we served the many, hard-working volunteers. I worked the grave-yard shift, and it was truly amazing to me how many people were there at that late hour. I am very happy for the Jordan family and I know that they appreciate all of the hard work that is going into this project. I feel honored to have been a part of this project.

GOD, EHM, Aronov Reality; and last but not least the Montgomery Community, I am the eldest sister, of Monica Jordan, and through the years after the deaths of her two eldest children through violence, my family and I have seen the tremendous toil it has taken on her family, but most of all on her. And although, I do not doubt, that the other four families that was chosen, along with my sister, and her family, where equally as deserving of this tremedous blessing; I can see why EHM, chose my sister. While growing up with my sister, she was the jokester; happy go lucky one; the one that saw the "glass half full", not half empty. So, when one child was taken from her in 1995; and then another in 2003, you would have thought that she would have crumble to the ground, and not ever get back up; that her zest for life as a child, growing up, would have succumb to defeat and ulter devistation; but it did not. Instead my sister's faith in God became stronger; her zest for life became brighter, as she worked through the tragidy that had befallen on her and her family, she not only became a strong advocate for domestic violence and M.A.D.D., but she also, became a rock for her own entire body of family members. So, Aronov Reality, Ty, and the EHM family, my family and I will forever be indebted to you for this awesome and unconditional human sacrifice that all involved, help to fulfill for my sister and her family, Thank You All!

4, 2009 We thank God for the Aronov family and business for partnering with Extreme Home Makeover to make this happen for the wonderful Jordan Family. It was like watching two families in concert bring along a whole community and give us all new hope for our times. We loved getting to meet the family of EHM personally. They are so real. We are very grateful for the 256 businesses who offered help with this project. This shows the Godly vision of the River Region. We have watched with awe the employees of (Madd) Mothers Against Drunk Driving, particularly the State Director, Peggy and Debra, Pam, Jennifer and many of their faithful volunteers who have worked, cried and given all this week for this gracious Jordan family that they have loved so long. We at Neighbors work with victims of Crime each day and such love is often a product of the Montgomery Church Community but never have we seen it so directly applied and so much accomplished so well and so perfectly orchestrated to demonstrate the Love of God from a City to one of its families.
To God be the Glory for what has been done here this day.

18, 2009 I was absolutely enthralled at the Pep Rally to hear Conrad Ricketts tell of how Extreme Makeover came to be...with the little girl in the front yard with a paintbrush..to hear him tell the story, and get choked up about it...that touched my heart. I've told so many other people that story now, and I get choked up too...every time. You really need to post his telling of the story here for those who missed it! I can hardly wait to find out who the lucky Montgomery family is and to be part of this wonderful endeavor. We'll be providing our pain relief products, both oil and cream, to the masseuse tent for all the hard workers who are sore and need some relief! Thanks for coming to Montgomery!!!! And WELCOME!

15, 2009 CONGRATULATIONS JORDANS!!!!!!!!!! It is a priviledge and an honor to be chosen by God to receive such a blessing through all of the devastation and pain. Nothing happens by accident! Many prayers have been answered. When I first heard of the tragedy of their two children, I prayed that God give them the strength to endure and that he bless them. I know that this is not the half of what God is going to do for their family, for the Bible says that "if you delight thyself in him, he WILL give you the desires of your heart." This is just the begining! Eyes have not seen nor ears heard the things that God has prepared for this family. But God must be FIRST in their lives in every way!
