Second Publix Super Market Location Announced For Dothan

Montgomery, Alabama - Aronov Realty Management announced that another lease with Pubix Super Markets was signed for a second store location in Dothan. The new lease is for a store which will be located at the northwest corner of US Highway 84 and John D. Odom Road in the new Westway Shopping Center.
The announcement of Dothan’s first Publix Super Market came last week. That store will be located at the corner of Ross Clark Circle and East Cottonwood Road (AL HWY 53).
The most recent Publix super market announcement is for a new 54,340 square feet store which will anchor the new Westway Shopping Center. The 87,415 shopping center will provide over 33,000 square feet of leasable space for retail, service and food establishments, as well as outparcels available for sale.
Groundbreaking is scheduled for Fall 2009 with a fall 2010 opening planned.
