Montgomery, Alabama - August 10, 2009 - Central Park Apartment Homes was recently awarded four 1st Place Awards by the River Region Apartment Association at their Annual Beautification Award Ceremony. Central Park was the only River Region apartment community that swept their age category with 1st Place Awards for Best Clubhouse, Best Entrance, Best Pool Area and Best Model. The awards were presented at the River Region Apartment Association Beautification Award Ceremony held on July 28th at Wynlakes Golf & Country Club. These awards recognize the hard work and dedication of the apartment staff that keep and maintain a beautiful apartment community. The River Region Apartment Association Beautification Award Ceremony is an annual event that recognizes award winning properties in the area. A total of eight judges, all professionals in the multi-family industry, visited the fourteen properties that entered the competition. Each property is judged independently and also judged within its age group. The 2009 judges were from Birmingham, Atlanta and Montgomery.
